2013 Sponsor Levels
Level 1 – $1,000 Contribution
- Company banner displayed at all the following special events: Triangle Tweed Ride, Oak City Open, WESAcat, Crank for a Cause, Velolympiad. [ Sponsor must provide portable banner up to 3' x 5' one week in advance of events. Creativity is encouraged]

- Company logo in primary position on Oaks and Spokes website
- Company logo printed in primary position on poster and festival program
- Company logo printed on spoke cards, given to all festival participants
- Tweet and Facebook post on Oaks and Spokes social media
- Sponsors may include agreed upon volunteer hours and in-kind contributions, but a minimum $250 in discretionary funds is required at this level of festival sponsorship.
Level 2 – $500 Contribution
- Company logo in secondary position on Oaks and Spokes website
- Company logo printed in secondary position on poster and festival program
- Company logo printed on spoke cards, given to all festival participants
- Tweet and Facebook post on Oaks and Spokes social media pages
- Sponsors may include agreed upon volunteer hours and in-kind contributions to reach this level of sponsorship.
Level 3 – $250 Contribution

In-Kind Contributions
Accepted at equivalent value for sponsorship levels. In kind donations may include prizes and facility rentals. Please contact sponsor@oaksandspokes.com for details.
Volunteer With Us!
We want the community to be a part of Oaks and Spokes. Volunteer hours count as contributions, too! To obtain the $250 Sponsor Level your organization can provide:
- 16 Hours of Event Services – Services could include but are not limited to: website design, screenprinting, hands-on or interactive bicycling related booth at an event, grant writing, photography, etc.
Spoke Card Sponsors
Tell us what you’re good at. Services and commitment to be defined and agreed upon in advance.
- 24 Hours of Event Volunteering – For example, two 8 hour shifts by 2 volunteers from your organization. Volunteer hours at events to be agreed upon in advance.
